Tabata and Bootcamp

Melanie Douglass teaches how to do Tabata and bootcamp

Tabata
You pick a cardio activity (running, cycling, elliptical)

Do 5 minute warm-up

Then this for four minutes:
20 seconds highest intensity
10 seconds rest

Then 2 minutes stretching cool-down
